WE are very happy with the service. We had an issue with a heater/AC unit and with one phone call we were looked after like old friends. The service tech (Tyler) was quick to diagnose the problem and was very pleasant to deal with. The parts were order and the repair was made. Everything is great. They even went the extra mile and got warranty on defective part and the bill for labor was more than fair. I highly recommend this company to any one. Ken Beckner

Gary is the hardest working, most honest gentleman I have ever dealt with. I can say this honestly as a former tradesman (8 years with local 675 drywall union). I am very happy with my service from Conway's Mechanical. My natural gas fireplace was not working. When I called Conway's Mechanical the receptionist was very helpful and pleasant. The technician arrived promptly and after repairing the fireplace, he even cleaned the glass. Looks and works great!

I just had a furnace and heat pump installed. Kevin and Matt were prompt (to the minute!), courteous and knowledgeable. Very personable guys who not only took care of installing the new equipment, they also took our old furnace/ airconditioner/ piping, and simply left our home spotless. To top it all off, turned out the basement lights for us and even put our garage door down for us. Top notch - would highly recommend Richmond Heating and Air. Thank you very much!!
