They have great inventory and great selection. The staff help you very well in your selection. The price is fair. It's not low but it's comparable to average prices that you might even encounter in US (which is pretty impressive). Bought a chair that cost more than thousand dollars but the price was compatible with every other retailer I checked. In BC it was the lowest. They also deal well with returns and exchanges. Sales and service at this store is excellent! I bought a TV in person there in 2021 and this month again made a purchase from the same department. My salesperson, Raman, was so kind, polite and helpful - she gave me all the info I needed over the phone, and then sent me all the instructions to complete the sale via internet. I also previously spoke to Medha and Sherri by phone in the sales dept. and they were also very helpful and genuinely nice! I would definitely shop at this store again. Lire plus
