I am sure you get a few complaints through your Customer Service Department.
This not a complaint at all.
I have been a customer at your 67 Street location here in Red Deer for many years. I had a little bit of a difficult time with the Branch 3 or 4 years ago but that has all changed, for the better. The staff are once again helpful and seem interested in my business.
This positive change has, I think, has been a result of a change in branch managers.

We've had Carpet Dr. clean the carpets in our home for many years, and we've always been really pleased with the final results. They've kept our high traffic areas looking really new! They're always prompt in keeping appointments, and the cost has been more than reasonable. The guys are super knowledgeable about their industry, and they're diligent about keeping their equipment & trucks up to date. They've stretched our carpets and also helped us with minor floods in our basement. Super company!

Raven has always been so good to deal with. They put fender flares on my husbands truck. Installed them in a timely manner for reasonable price. My eyesight has changed a lot over the last few years and she’s always been able to get me the best possible vision. And Caeley! She’s got a knack for picking frames. I used to hate picking frames but she makes it easy.
