I have been going to Roots for many many years and even after moving to the Okanagan I save my health food store needs for when I am again in Maple Ridge. If I can. I do miss everything about this store, so informative, helpful and selection is huge for all my needs.

We were very pleased with the purchase and installation of a wood stove from Warm Hearth in May 2025. Everything from the initial browsing in the store to the purchase and installation was flawless and a pleasant experience. It was such a pain to make an account on here to write a review, but totally worth it for the amazing service we received. Nick from Bell really saved our hides today! He showed up quickly, was super nice (even though it was after hours!) and fixed our problem! We had little hope that a locksmith could help, but he got the job done. I absolutely recommend this place.
