Had a problem with my A/C unit and a wireless thermostat. I say had a problem, since Bill was able to trouble shoot the issue over the phone at no cost!
I had changed out my old thermostat when it died and replaced it with a wireless thermostat and my A/C wouldn't fire up
Called Bill and explained the situation. He was able to trouble shoot the problem over the phone. Turns out the "Y" wire from the thermostat had broken.
If I ever need an HVAC guy ever again, this is the person I will call

Kevin came to our place in Burlington and would not leave till he found the issue with the elliptical we have. He was sure it did not need a part and/or a return visit, costing us more money. He found the issue and repaired it on the spot. The machine is running great now and we thank him and his diligence. Will call on him again for sure.

I have had shoulder and neck issues for a long time and because I travel a lot I have tried many clinics in many cities. Payroll was always a bit of a fuss at work but with this new time clock software from National Time everything has been very smooth lately. Their customer service was efficient and very knowledgeable. No mess ups or angry co-workers lately which is always a big plus.
