I was referred to Dr. Ongaro by my parents. I have been going to the chiropractor since I was a child and massage therapy every month or more for my back, neck and shoulder pain. After a few treatments from Dr. Ongaro, once I found out I was out of alignment, I noticed a huge improvement and found that my pain had mostly gone away. I now don't have to visit my other chiropractor and I don't have to see my massage therapist as often as I was. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Ongaro as I can say she has truly made a difference in my life.

I have had spray tans done in all over Canada, this is by far the best. I have had 4 done so far in the last 2 months. All the staff is very good and the owners care about quality, I was impressed because I got a call from the manager as a follow-up.

Yesterday my girlfriend and I stopped into Triple L and had an absolutely delicious lunch. It was so good that I went back today for lunch. Today I let the chef choose my food. It was all incredible. I did have a tuna belly sashimi. So fresh and tasty. It also comes with this special, fresh wasabi. It was so delicious I never got a chance to take a photo. Next was a duo of salmon. Then baby octopus. Great service, fresh ingredients. I’ll definitely be back time and time again.

I went their on Saturday early morning to buy a phone charger and some other items. There was a girl at customer service, I would say she was so polite. How she treated me i liked. Brenden was quick to respond to our request for an inspection and quote on repairing the stucco and some parging on the house and the rerouting and repointing of the ledger stones on the windows of our patio and deck areas.
He was easy to communicate with and provided an explanation of what they would do. The quote was very reasonable and the work was completed in one day. Brenden and Chance took care to protect the deck & worked efficiently during a very hot day. Clean up was great. Kudos.
