I lost my entire key ring and was locked out of my house. Of course it was Friday close to 5pm.
The first place was closing soon, the second place came out & could not open it..saying the lock is too old, the lock tumblers are in upside down, there is too much dirt in the lock etc.
The third place was Brothers.. by then it was 7 but they would be right out! Ken was prompt and courteous...and BEST of all had the lock opened in about 5 minutes!! What a relief!

Are water tank went on Sunday. I called at least ten other companies. Most did not even answer the phone. Noris came down replaced the tank. Norm the tech that was here. Was friendly and clean. Would recommend this company and I will them first

Our family was very pleased with the time, support, excellent planning and arrangements made for our Dad’s service this past summer. Matt made a difficult time as comfortable as possible. We were particularly pleased with the outcome of a special request for a unique etching on the headstone which was beautifully achieved. I brought 3 different shoes in for repair on a Sunday. (yes, they are open on Sunday!) One was a sandal with broken strap, another was a leather bootie with a scrape in the toe and the third was a brand new leather bootie (never worn) that showed some flaking of the color on side. I was told he was very busy so it may be more than a week. I got a call in 3 days and I was very impressed with the work! He also repaired a tear in the bootie I forgot about and all 3 repairs cost only $21!

After seeing Kristian and his team provide excellent and professional service to my parents we had him come in and diagnose an ice damming we been having for 7 years . Within 10 mins of looking around he diagnosed the issue and gave a very fair quote. Kristian And his team were in the following week to install soffit to give the roof proper ventilation. Even tho it was a small job they again demonstrated top notch service and completed the job in a day. I can’t wait to use them again. Thanks J.L

I went to Canadian tire today to buy a tires and the costumer service was EXCELLENT!! the staff name Robert was friendly,helpful , and helped me with what I need, and I was very please with the service that I get. came outta store happy and it didn't take too much of my time. would like to see that happen more often in the future, keep up the excellent costumer service. and thank you Robert for all your help.
