I have been using this business since it opened (20+ years). I just had my car in for an In and Out car wash today and was once again impressed with their attention to detail and their excellent customer service. They have recently updated their operation. The guy in electronics is awesome. I bought an expensive Magellan GPS backup camera and GPS, but the GPS thought it was in California. The electronics head took it outside, reprogrammed it and it worked. I find the staff very friendly and helpful.

I've been bring our GM cars to this Firestone for 10 years now, once the GM warranty expires. Each visit has been an excellent experience, with repairs quotes almost always matching the final bill.
They do let you know if they find anything else wrong, but you are not obligated to get the work done.
Front desk has always been helpful, and prices reasonable.
Given the cost of Yonge street real estate, it will be hard to expect this place to last for many more years. But for now, I trust them with my auto repairs and tire services.
