Randy fought a speeding ticket for our 20 year old son, he was professional and straight forward with all communications. There was no confusion or wondering as he covered all the bases. I just newly renvovated my place. I never saw carpet cleaners switch shoes, cover my hard would floors and use plastic corners so my paint wouldnt chip. Very friendly company very flexible and on time if not 20 min early. Would recommend them to anyone
