I have had two dealings with this company, and both were excellent because of Rachael. She knows her business very well and is extremely competent in doing so. I watched her deal with all kinds of personalities, some very tough, and she handled that pressure while maintaining her calm. My emails were returned very quickly. I have had the Chef's Hat Catering company cater many of my events as well as been at functions that they have catered. The food is excellent - it's fresh and plenty of it. In fact, there has always been more food than we can eat. The staff are very professional and helpful when you don't know what to order. They help with quantities for groups. The last event I was at, everyone there complimented the Chef's Hat and plan to use them for their functions.
