I phoned this store in the evening, because my dogs were out of food, and I needed to know what time they closed. The manager informed me he was closing right now. When I informed him of the situation, he told me he would stay open an extra half an hour to accommodate me. I rushed down, and was able to get my dog food. This store will have my business for as long as I live in the lower mainland!

I have been to other telescope stores that lack attention, service, and give a bad feeling as if they are more bothered.
I was looking for an upgrade and went into Vancouver Telescope for the first time. These people are absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable, helpful, and returned the very next day. I am very happy with the owner's personal attention, and the staff. I will no longer go to any other store for an upgrade or accessories. I am happy with my purchase and look forward to my new telescope! Shame on the other store who made me feel like I was bothering them. This is a real store with real service and support! A friend and I went to this amazing store yesterday for a smudging sage stick and feather but there were so many nice things there that my friend spent 200.00 and since thier prices are so good I'm going back today to buy some things that I love!!
