Great service from Dave and his Team , very trustworthy, friendly not pushy like other shops .. , communicates very well regarding my body work repairs. I’ve had all my vehicles including Lincoln Navs, , Mustangs , and all my Porsche body work done with Belmont. Will continue with future vehicles . I have been going to Robin for around 12 years now and can’t imagine life without her. She has help me with a multitude of issues ranging from living with disc injuries and hyper mobility to pre-and post natal care and TMJ disorder. Originally my plan was to purchase some camping supplies from up the street at MEC, however the prices that were offered were not what I was willing to pay. Decided to check out 3Vets, and I definitely made the right decision. They had exactly what I needed for competitive prices, staff were quick to help, I was in and out in no time with what I needed. I was looking for a vet in Vancouver that had experience with Sphynx cats, and found 1st Ave. was quite knowledgeable regarding Sphynx; Sphynx have a few different needs from other cats.
Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Very down to earth. The equipment is great (love the X Ray machine). It's clear they are all pet lovers.
Dr. Dhunna is a very nice vet who takes his time and LISTENS. He has excellent knowledge and skills.

Mark came over as scheduled, fixed our kitchen sink at a reasonable price. Did an excellent job, left place clean and also did some caulking between the granite and the splash wall without us even asking to do that.

Your team came over on short notice on a Friday to ensure that our tenant could have hot water over the weekend. I could not get our usual plumbing company to come over.) In addition, your plumber was able to get the hot water working for the weekend, then returned promptly, as promised, on Monday to finish the job details with materials that were not available on Friday.
