At first i was skeptical but I am glad I came here for my collision repair! They were very attentive & extremely helpful! Not only did they help me in processing my claim but also drove me to the nearest police station to submit report. Upon arrival my rental was ready and when picking up my vehicle a week later, it not only smelled and looked brand new from the professional detail cleaning but the damages were fixed with great quality and care! Neki and his team at Heritage Auto Electric are just fantastic, not only did they take care of my Alternator problem, they advised me on what caused my original Alternator to burn, it turns out it was my battery that wasn't holding charge anymore. Neki is very competent in his field of Alternators and Starters, his experience shines just the way he troubleshoots the vehicle. I called him over the phone and he requested I tell him the symptoms of the car, in a matter of minutes he determined if the problem was my Alternator or Battery. I would highly recommend Neki at Heritage Auto Electric to anyone who requires quality services and products!

We were out of the country and the person where we had parked the car told us that it would not start. Kelly went to the condo, picked up the car and took it to the garage for it to be repaired. When we arrived home it was ready for us to make the 3 hour drive home. This was awesome service and we highly recommend Kelly. If we lived closer he would get all our business.
