Everyone I've interacted with at Woodfield Auto has been really trustworthy, friendly, and honest. Chahid yassine, this man and his employee Carl at amazing people , they are not in this business to just make a $$$$ , they care ! Bob at Mr.Freeze has been awesome with helping me with my aging truck. From fuel lines to replacing original parts (the truck is a 97) I always get treated fairly, never any curve balls, and my truck runs freaking amazing STILL!

The front desk staff, a young kind gentleman of Indian descent was very accommodating and friendly when we checked in late on oct 4th, 2017. My husband had heart surgery scheduled the following day. We ended up needing to stay for 8 nights.
The kind and friendly women in the breakfast area greeted us daily with smiles and pep.
They were very kind. We will definitely return!
Kudos to these employees!!
The holiday inn does need an upgrade in certain areas as well.
Upgrading is required!
