Took my 3 grown kids for lunch today. Food was delicious- so fresh and the portions were huge! Service was great as usual. It was nice that due to Covid the restaurant was quieter. I realize I didn’t notice the voice calling out the orders over the intercom today. Maybe they have done away with that. I hope so. It was very loud and annoying especially if you sat under the speaker. 5 stars today.

Professional, very knowledgeable, but mostly kind and pleasant to deal with. Had a few cassette tapes to be transferred to a CD. They invited me into the recording room and let me sit and listen to all my tapes for almost two hours. Then the owner edited the music and transferred it right away onto a CD. A new loyal customer!! Twice I have gone to Jiffy Lube. Both times two different gentlemen said that even though that dates were right on my reminder sticker , it was not time as I had not driven it around enough. All looked good and all I needed was a top up. Each time I left paying for just that. They could have charged me the full deal twice, I would be none the wiser. I had a wonderful experience with Kal Tire on Victoria Road. My 82 year old Mother and I had a flat tire - and we had just come off the ferry from Vancouver to Nanaimo. We had a long journey from Seattle, Washington. We pulled into Kal Tire to get the tire fixed - it had a nail in it. They removed the nail, fixed the tire, and didn't charge us for the repair. Very kind. Thank You Kal Tire for your generosity.
