Instead of rushing me, he actually listened,gave thoughtful suggestion like cinnamon cream cheese icing & options. Despite managing the entire section alone, SAM helped with incredible product knowledge and genuine care.That kind of service is unicorn-rare in retail. Went to the pharmacist, described my situation, she was very helpful, phoned the drugstore in British Columbia where my prescription is Held, got the required information and presto I had my medication. This happened on Saturday sept 16.
