Made reservations for 15 people who were riding motorcycles in the area to be seated in the outdoor area. Turns out that day was cold and rainy. The restaurant phoned me and asked if I would like the group to be seated inside due to the inclement weather. I was absolutely stunned that they would be so considerate as to actually call and ask if we would like to be inside as they realized we would probably be soaked and cold. I don't normally write reviews but in this case it was well deserved. My wife and I ate at this restaurant and like most were blown away by the customer service we received. They greeted us first by opening the door for us, checked on us during our meal to make sure everything was to our satisfaction, and thanked us at the end for coming and opened the door for us when we were done. Not my typical kind of bar. Here for a work party. Was ready to finish up my last (full) beer when the bottom of the cup completely fell off as I went to take my first sip. The Manager was extremely gracious and refunded my entire entre (27 dollars), and 3 beers. Obviously I’m happy about the freeness, being soaked sucked, but service like that is how you keep returning customers. Great attitude towards the whole thing. Very kind staff. Lire plus
