I couldn't be more pleased with the level of service I received from OK Tire in Burlington. The tires are phenomenal, they were able to order my run-flats within one day and accommodate my appointment request, and charged a third of what I was quoted at my car dealership. This included balancing and they even deducted the money I paid the day prior to have my summer tires installed, which they indicated (as did the dealership)needed to be replaced. I have had an excellent experience.

Matt and his crew have been our mechanics for a couple of years now and we can't say enough good things about all of them! Incredible customer service. I was on a long road trip with my family when a tire went flat. It was not repairable. They got me back on the road with a new tire within a short amount of time for a great price. So thankful for them and the kindness they showed my family.
