This is one if not the best place in Ottawa to shop. Starting from the Beauty Boutique, the Manager, her assistant and everyone else is top notch, experienced and knowledgeable. My experience from start to finish was phenomenal at Jim Keay. I was greeted by a lovely receptionist and introduced to Marc Leyton who was my sales assistant. He helped me find the perfect F-150 for me and I didn't tell him this, but I even paid less than I had budgeted for. I really felt like he was on my side in getting the best price possible from the managers.
