Dr. V. Hinch is very professional, knowledgeable and explains patiently everything. The receptionist is a very nice helpful lady too. They have a showroom with high quality eye grasses frames, where you will meet another kind and helpful professional.

My three children receive orthodontic treatment at Hamilton Orthodontics. The staff hasn't changed in years and is always welcoming and friendly. We always felt they knew us and cared. Our questions were always addressed and the appointments ran on time. More importantly my children always felt comfortable, really liked the staff and Orthodontists and all have amazing smiles. I was lucky to find the clinic last year and I have been very happy with their excellent service. first class service from receptionists and assistants to the doctor. started with doctor Helena and then doctor Beata. both are very professional, caring, patient and understanding. they make me feel comfortable and at ease. the staff is nice, friendly and accommodating. billing and insurance processing is a complete breeze.
I highly recommend the clinic and their services to anyone.

Dr. Johnston is very knowledgeable about a broad number of health problems and I can tell that he reads up on new conditions and treatments often. He takes time to listen to a patient's health history and ensures all applicable tests are administered. The office building is old but the parking lot is not packed and is easily accessible. One complaint I do have is that there is no schedule posted online and he does not have everyday office hours so it is hard to tell when he is in for the day and when he is at Urgent Care.
