I have been going to JR Auto Care on and off for over 20 years at times when I have lived in Toronto. I have never found a more honest and thorough mechanic who frankly under charges compared to every other auto shop I have used. I feel so fortunate to know about his services. Brian and his team are excellent in service and workmanship. I have been to several body shops in the past and JKPY tops them all! Very personable and good communication throughout the process. I would highly recommend Brian and his team to anyone else looking for body work. The other proof of quality is that JKPY also are contracted to dealerships.

The owner is friendly and very reasonable. He is not there to rip you off as most of these shops do. He helped me order OEM pads and rotors at the fraction of the cost offered by BMW. I will definitely come back again when i need service or repairs and will continue recommending him to family and friends.

Don (pharmacist) is the best! Any one who says different is an idiot! They care and look after their customers.Too bad if you walk off the street & need too wait 15 minutes to have script tilled they are busy for a reason!

I've been coming to these guys for over a decade and they never once overcharged me. Most reliable and best prices and they give you option of parts from cheapest to most expensive and you choose your parts or bring them. Rates are $65 per hour half as much as your average mechanic and if you drive a Toyota Camry or Chevy Impala your problems can be resolved in a matter of minutes guaranteed. I will always come to these guys even if I lived somewhere in a far far away land.

To be honest with you this is the best place I have been so far and they never disappoint they meet all requirements and needs. They made my car look super brand new I was just in shocked . Altaf is definitely the guy to speak to when you go there he understands his clients and always put himself in his or her clients shoes to make them happy. I went there looking for a new truck. Good sales guy Rob helped me find the truck I wanted and I got a great deal on it. Rob showed me how to hook my phone up when I picked it up.
Stone chip on the hood when I picked it up but they took care of it, sent it out to get fixed.
The guys in service, Tom and Joe are great and keep me well informed about my service needs for now and coming up.
Great guys to deal with!

Great service, Great mechanics, No waiting time and car was fixed within one hour. I had a problem with my car for months and other mechanic shops were not able to find the problem and fix it.
I am very happy with the service, shop is clean, waiting area is clean and office looks nice.
