On a recent trip from Timmins,for a medical appointment the front left caliper seized on our truck. It was 3:00 pm on a Friday afternoon. We called several garages, but West End Alignment and Auto Repair was the only one that agreed to help. They worked 45 minutes past their closing time to get the repair done. Extremely thankful for their assistance. Peter and the other mechanic were lifesavers. We were 6 people in the vehicle including two elders, an infant and a preschooler. Thank -you

Great store, love the atmosphere! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable! Don't mind spending the extra 2 bucks on some items (although their prices are actually better than big box stores!)
Definitely recommend for anyone who needs attention and help choosing gear, books or instruments!

James was very good from start to finish. Always informative and kept me up to date. In that moment I was never made to feel like a number. However, up until a week ago, they have made me feel like I was just another quota they were meeting for the end of the month. I sent an email about a discrepancy and they have never responded. Very disappointing. Overall the service was good and James was professional and honest.

Extremely professional and friendly staff. It doesn’t take long for them to get to know you. Once they do, you seldom have to ask or explain what you want. You’re addressed by name, the service is quick and they honour insurance prices much better than other places do. It’s far for me to get here but they’re close to my doctor so I plan my visits accordingly to benefit from their service and prices.

I am new to the area and have slowly been experimenting with the various eateries in and around Ottawa and area. I happened upon Wakefield and stopped into Le Hibou on a whim. The chef, Keith Garrison, is the best thing to happen to place. I don't know exactly when he started but the difference in food quality from this time last year to now is staggering! Least of all is the fact that they have meat dishes there now. They absolutely hit the jackpot with him. Everyone in Wakefield needs to know his name; search him out. Since he started I have been there for a late lunch once and supper a couple of times and have not been disappointed. He even came out and chatted with me (along with the other customers) once. He's a great addition and a really good guy.

Je fais affaire avec Glen pour mon Honda Pilot depuis 3 ans et je n'ai que des bons commentaires. J'ai constaté qu'il a toujours été capable de diagnostiquer les soucis sur mon véhicule du 1er coup et ses prix ont toujours été soit le plus raisonnable ou très proche. When have you heard a story like this. I'm a senior citizen and no longer work on my own cars. Took it told him I have a brake problem. ! He get the front apart calls and ask front or back I said front. He then opens up the rear inspects all is good. I said oh so sorry what do I owe You? He says nothing; stop by and brings the boys coffee and donuts !!!!! Can you believe this an honest automotive shop in Sudbury !! Now my whole family and friends go there.
