These people are fantastic! I am new to needing an orthotic, and they were able to walk me through the process step by step. They took the time to answer all of my questions, and were able to tell me exactly what I needed to submit to my insurance for reimbursement of my portion of the cost. They were very patient, and I never felt like I was asking a stupid question (although I'm sure half of them were!). The appliance that I received from Grundy Orthotics is extremely comfortable, and I was able to wear it full time from the day I got it. There was no "breaking in" period that some other orthotists I spoke to warned about. I would highly recommended them to anyone that is in need of an orthotic device.

They are wonderful.
My wife and I have been shopping at the North Gower Pharmacy for nearly two years, and we are very pleased that they opened in this area. They offer excellent advice, they will stock items that we need which are sometimes only carried by Shoppers HOME Centres, and they know each and every customer by name. Very rare in this day and age. Their prices are often quite a bit better than at Shoppers, and we always get a seniors discount - not just on Tuesday. Great Pharmacy.

I AM SO GRATEFUL TO FIND THIS PLACE! To start with its a beautiful new facility but their is is so much more than that! Im having a lot of work done (I neglected my teeth for many years) and the continued skill and professionalism is incredible. They make major extractions and reconstruction almost pleasant! Firstly, I debating hiring a moving company for the longest time and then my wife put the pressure on our timeline and so we went for it and called Wills. Usually I have done all the moving....anyways I called and they gave me a free quote and tons of advice about moving and they came and did it with no issues.
....I even had some old old appliances in a low ceiling basement and they were champs about it.
