Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free. Best foot Doctor I have ever seen. Take the time to explain how to treat and I had got orthotics for a left foot problem and after years with living in pain it went away. I would recommend this Doctor to anyone who has a problem with their feet.

Had front of garage concrete badly deteriorated from salt etc. BMC removed 3 feet of bad concrete and did a fantastic job of repair - looks amazing. Also replaced black top driveway. Constantine and his crew had a tough job to do but did it very well and where courteous and friendly. I can easily recommend BMC as a good choice for concrete and paving work.

Bikram is one of my favorite types of yoga to practice - i love that the heat is usually very high in these classes and it is always an intense workout. bring a large towel - and lots of water!!!
