They provided me with a written quote with in minutes of diagnosis. They provided me with all the options with no pressure to decide on whether to proceed. Very friendly and efficient but a little pricy. Charged me 137.00 for one ignition coil and a pack of 4 for the type of my car cost that much. That I'm not impressed with.
