Customer service is amazing at this location. I had a Fed Ex to send, and was given inaccurate info. by the Fed Ex line, to the effect that the pickup was 6PM (in fact, the last pick up at this location is 5PM albeit the store is open till 6PM). I had to be at an event for my children and was frustrated that I had missed the cutoff for an important package; but to my great surprise, the owner kindly offered to deliver it to a different location with a later cutoff, on his way home. Amazing!

I have been a customer for about 10 years. The owner Sandra is very nice and reliable; so are her the employees. Many years ago, there used to be a Food Basic where Oceans Super market is; in the Food Basic there was a very nice drugstore where Sandra worked as a clerk.

We are extremely please with our purchase from Sameday Factory Outlet. They were helpful with the measuring of our windows and the countless samples were amazing. It was nice to see all of our options before hand. Due to the many options we were able to choose the perfect colour of blinds to suit our home. I'm taking the time to write this because I think excellent service and business practices should be acknowledged. I purchased a mattress on sale at this location and I absolutely cannot fault any aspect of the whole transaction, beginning and ending with the salesperson, Patience. She went out of her way including on her days off to assist us and follow up the purchase, and the whole organization seems to be well-run in terms of how sales are handled and followed up. Very impressed.

I got my NES repaired here, since it is close to where I live and one of a few good video game stores around. I am very satisfied with my repair I paid 25 dollars to get a fully cleaned nes with a brand new 72 pin connector. I highly recommend you come here, they also have a great selection of video games including, NES, SNES, N64, Gamecube, Sega Genesis Wii, Xbox, PS1, PS2, Xbox 360, PS3. I personally like Gamerama a lot.
