My folks retired up north (I thought Florida was the place to go)... anyway, they just had a custom home built by GTA construction and the thing is BEAUTIFUL. Amazing open sites and everything is flawless. The builder also addressed some things my folks wanted on their floor plan that would not have been ideal (like the bathroom location was in a strange place). They even offered suggestions like using trusses instead of a custom stick built room which saved them a ton of money.

We were impressed - excellent customer service. Anthony served us and not only took us to the aisles where the products we were looking for were located, but, when one item not in stock, checked to see when the item would be in as well as other stores close by that did have the item in stock. And, this was close to closing time. Pleasure to shop here.
