Wow! That's all I can say after my first visit to the Victoria store; wow! I was a little over whelmed when I walked into the store but I was greeted by a nice young man named Neil who helped me out the whole way. He was very honest about what he thought looked good and what didn't! In the end I am so pleased with my purchase. Will be back!

We had our young child in for jaw x rays and she was very nervous and upset and the tech was being very patient, but out of nowhere Dr Melo appeared (we did not have an appointment with him) and was so lovely with our kiddo, engaging her in conversation and set up the machine with a fake skull to show her how it worked. He was able to assuage her fears and the tech was able to get some good images. I was really struck at how patient and thoughtful he was. Will definitely go back if needed.

Best place for grooming in Victoria! They do am awesome job with my standard poodle everytime and don't cut any corners: pluck the ears, shave in between paw pads,... Gazou always gets out of there glowing, with a nice fresh smell and a little bow on his collar.
And to add to that: they are one of the cheapest place in the neighbourhood and they can accomodate booking within a few days.
Highly recommanded!

Trust worthy shop. Fair pricing. They would check what's wrong and fix only the necessary. They won't even charge you for little things. One time I brought my car in because the engine light turned on. Nhat had it turned off with and when I asked for bill he said it is free. I have them fixed/replaced may rotors and calipers and paid less than what I would have paid elsewhere. Give them a try...

The guys at INA made my purchase of a used vehicle in February easy and stress free, and a good deal. The vehicle (Toyota Sienna ) was discounted a bit due to minor body damage , and the extended drivetrain warranty was a good add on. Studio 62 has been transformed into Head Case, a sleek modern space at the same location. Brandy is a great stylist who listens closely, works with her clients preferences, and does wonderful hair cuts. She gave me an elegant bob even though my hair is fine and really difficult to work with, plus the price was not exorbitant. If you are looking for a welcoming space and a meticulous cut, this is the place to go. In my experience it is by far the best salon in the West Shore!

The best and cheapest source for fastenings in Greater Victoria. Service is very good, but they can be busy. There's stuff here you've never heard of and they can order in other items too. Capital Iron is your next best source if you need it on a Sunday.

Just in time for the holidays. We would give Harry more than 5 stars if possible. We are thrilled with how clean and fresh the carpets turned out both in our office, as well as our home. We also had the upholstery cleaned - it all looks as new! He was professional, punctual and did the work with personality plus. Dr Reid is the best respirologist I have ever had.. I have had breathing issues from birth and Dr Reid is the first Dr that has listened and adjusted care to my specific needs.
He shows up at hospitals when you are having tests, he calls when he says he will BUT most of all he knows what he is doing.. He is compassionate and caring.

Can Tire on Cedar Hill Rd has come through for me on two consecutive Xmas repairs. When many places closed and they were swamped they still managed to fit me in without appointment after snow left my splash guard dragging under the car.
