Not enough cashiers always a line up at check out. Now they have self checkout which I think might help but not everyone is comfortable with that; especially Seniors. I find the pharmacy staff very helpful and also cosmetics, always a smile and a greeting. Cant say anything negative about the staff at this location.

The Stoney Creek location has been a great help to me and my furbabies since it opened. Before that I faithfully went to your Brantford location Sometimes there is a little wait time, but always worth it... I personally have NEVER had an issue with Beattie. You've helped my babies live life to the fullest and when they needed the help, you so respectfully helped my babies to rest. I would be so lost and stressed if it wasn't for you. This location is by far the best in Brantford. The staff at this store is very helpful and makes my shopping experience more enjoyable. I get my milk and eggs etc. here regularly, Thanks to the young gentlemen Azor that manages that department and assists me regularly. Thank you !
