Jen, the receptionist, was very friendly and patient in answering all my questions. Dr. Jay greeted me wearing a mask and rubber gloves, a requirement for medical personnel to prevent cross-contamination between doctors and patients. The clinic is beautiful and very clean! I appreciated the direct billing insurance but the main reason I recommend them is because of Dr. Chin. I always get the sense that hes looking out for my best interest and very genuine! Oh and even though its downtown there is free parking. I almost got confused the first time i was there. John N I just had my 1st visit at Rundle Dental. I cant say enough good things about the staff and how I was greeted by Murielle and her assistant at the front entrance.
