Oh my gosh is all I can say. What a beautiful experience this was right from the telephone conversations…to walking into their showroom and meeting Theresa … to having the screens installed on our French doors … that enter on to our patio … and what a beautiful job done by Glen!!!! and the screens fit perfectly and we love them ….we were so fortunate they had just what we wanted in stock and as luck would have it all was bought and installed within 5 days. I bought a secondhand wedding dress that needed to be cleaned and the owner was amazing. She took me through the process of what she would have to do with this particular (and very fiddly) dress, and even run me right away to let me know that she was happy with the partial test clean she did on some of the fabric and was going to go ahead on the rest of the dress. She really cares about your clothing. She will be able to tell you straight if theres hope for a difficult clean. Many thanks!
