Having never been to a physio therapist before I was nervous and a bit sceptical. But within minutes of being in the office and talking with the friendly, knowledgeable receptionist Michelle, i was comfortable and relieved of my worry. I like the NE location of Chapters. Not only am I a frequent visitor to the Starbucks on site, I pick up all my reading material here. Easy to find what you are looking for, relaxing to shop in. Everything is organized nicely and efficiently.
