Rui takes the time to explain things to you and as a woman gong to a mechanic, I appreciate that he does not talk down to me because I am not a "GUY". He tells you what needs to be done NOW, what can wait and other issues that he notices and how long you have before they become URGENT. Fair pricing, good service, car always ready within the agreed upon timeline - GREAT place to go have your vehicle taken care of !

I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.

Went there today to get my brakes done n Oil change for my 2019 Dodge Ram 2500 cummings diesel. Rod n his crew were great .From the phone call to book the appointment to the actual repair everyone did a great job. The mechanics guide that said it takes 3 hours to do the job he only charged me for 2 cause that all it took him. He was $250.00 cheaper the the Dodge dealership for the same oil change. Thanks Rod n your employees, I will be back.

I recently went to John and his crew for a remote car starter to be installed in my 2011 Lexus RX350. I have to say John was so nice and helpful. After coordinating our schedules they were able to quickly and properly install this amazing feature to have especially during the cold winters here in Canada. John even took the time to explain and show me how to properly operate it afterwards. I’m very pleased to have had work done here and will be back for any other auto concerns if any.

John was amazing and very transparent in regards to what needed to be done and was very honest! He was very welcoming and very patient; which of course my dad and I really appreciated especially since my dad doesn’t speak English well and I have little to no knowledge of Diesel engines! I had a tree fall on my car In Dec 2019. My insurer sent me to CSN in Burlington and I was treated very well. Unfortunately in March 2021 I noticed that the paint on the roof was bubbling and cracking. I took it in and WOW - they looked at it asked me to leave the car, offered a rental and my car was fixed and back within 5 days! THE BEST warrant experience I have ever had.
