Filing taxes is not my favourite thing to do, especially since I always have to submit a payment. I was not looking forward to bringing our tax prep papers to a different business after our accountant retired. Heather at the Beamsville H & R Block was fabulous from the moment we sat down at her desk, until she had all the papers completed and in our hands 60 minutes later! Dave got us on our way after a wheel bearing went south on our way to the states. We were really stuck,having to leave early next morning,despite being slammed with work, Dave took a car off the hoist and repaired mine within 2 hours! Just had the service guy come over today. The person was on time, and very courteous. He was honest, and repaired both garage doors when the service call was originally for one. I saw the cable he removed from the "working" door and it was badly frayed and would have caused me grief in the near future (which would have cost me another service .
