Front and back tires repaired in two hours.... the girl at the front desk was very nice...Rob the owner was nice seemed very honest...I knew what I was paying before the job was done...no surprises... Happy to get the job done...quickly efficiently...so I could enjoy the day... The other service station told me to come back at 2 no quote...I was home just after 12 by going to Master Mechanic...

Greg treated me with respect & listened to my concerns, which was a refreshing change from being treated as a dumb female at some other shops. My GMC Yukon XL was desparately in need of new brakes and had a most puzzling thumping and vibration going on. Mr Doug did an outstanding job on the brakes, and after a thorough inspection and troubleshooting, discovered a worn out rear U joint which he replaced. Magically, all my frustrating thumping and vibration problems were GONE !! he is an Excellent mechanic, and i highly recommend him.
