I stopped by your store this morning with the intent to purchase just a gift for my neice, however the products that you carry are so unique I had a hard time deciding on what to actually purchase. The staff of The Store Upstairs were extremely helpful, pleasant and outgoing. In the end I walked away with 3 Christmas Gifts, and a very happy customer!

Marisza is incredible. I came to her in tears because I had a terrible time at another shop. And she is a literal angel. She helped me design a custom dress. And it ended up being even more gorgeous than I thought it would be. It's Stunning! She made the entire process so easy. Plus she's also one of the nicest people I have ever met. Her shop, Taffeta and Tulle, should be everyone's first stop when dress shopping. Because she will get you your perfect dress!

I was nervous deciding which service to go with in Airdrie/Calgary area but Melanie went over all of their credentials and pet sitting procedures and I was very impressed. They take care of all types of animals. The meet and greet interview covered all of my concerns. They can handle special needs for pets etc. I will definitely use their services again without hesitation.

Ken came back from a funeral, on a Saturday, after 6 o'clock to help me out . I phoned around Calgary for 3-4 hours and could not get anyone to help. Ken quickly welded the motorcycle part where the original weld broke , and had me on my way in less than an hour! Kudos #1 for such Greta customer service , and taking on a job that was not really part of his normal routine.

A great store to shop in.....the kind, helpful staff are a bonus to us shoppers. Myself, am an 80 yr old widow & don't mind at all driving down to your store as its always had my needs/wants & at times have friends accompany me on the drive down.
But as I live in Innisfail, don't receive your weekly flyers so would be SO NICE if I for one could receive it on line. When I opened up this page, I didn't notice anywheres where I could click on for your Flyer. Please advise why
