Bob owner of Professor Furniture came to my home and shortened my bar height table set to a standard size. He did a great job, got me in as soon as he could, showed up on time, brought all the tools needed for the job and even a blanket so the dust stayed in one place. He service was great, friendly and professional and he did a great job for a very fair price. Would highly recommend Professor Furniture for all your repair needs!

Outstanding service and warranty! Just previous to end of warranty, my frame malfunctioned. The Courtenay store staff rose above and beyond and supplied a brand new frame and lenses at no cost! 2 hours before leaving for the airport on holidays we saw that some of our roof shingles had been blown off from a storm the night before. We called Morro construction and arranged for them to come while we were gone. They came the next day and repaired it right away. They texted us before we connected a flight into the states to say it was all done. We were so relieved. Thank you Pete for fixing it so quickly. You saved us a lot of worry while we were gone. We highly recommend. We had him refinish our existing hardwood floor and install new flooring in the bedroom and foyer to match. The work is flawless and we could not be more pleased with the result. The sanding was absolutely dust free. Mark is all about the quality of the finished product and he is upfront about how much time it will take for him to do the work. He is also a very good communicator and kept us informed of what was being done throughout the job.
