Went by this afternoon to pick up a last minute Xmas gift at the Bank and Laurier location - a hand cream that was apparently sold out. I asked the employee at the Beauty products counter if she could help. She saw that it wasnt on the shelf and then spent the next 15 minutes tracking it down at other locations. This wasnt her store problem, but she delivered with exceptional professionalism.

I can't say enough of how wonderful it is to shop here. I have been shopping here since its inception, and all the staff, I mean all the staff are a wonderful team of individuals who are always eager to help and go the extra mile. This is one if not the best place in Ottawa to shop. Starting from the Beauty Boutique, the Manager, her assistant and everyone else is top notch, experienced and knowledgeable. The best team in the City as far as I am concerned.

Pharmacy staff are very caring and provide good advice when asked. Staffing often causes problems...too few people on Pharmacy desk. But the staff that are on duty are wonderful!

They contacted my ODSP with quotes for additional costs of non-prescriptions and have arranged all of my regular medications to being transfered to them without me leaving my home. If you’ve ever heard the statement quality shows itself; it originated with these folks in our opinion. Courteous, responsive and patiently answered all of your questions. Our roof turned out to be quite the undertaking, requiring them to remove multiple roofing systems that had been overlaid on top of each other. They meticulously fixed a few issues with the roof decking and installed durable shingles + a metal drip edge. They kept the job site immaculate. Highly recommend!

He has since inspected and cleaned the furnace and the air conditioner on several occasions. His prices are very reasonable. He also recently attended my home to install a new thermostat. I needed some closet doors a few weeks ago. Piramid was very fast and efficient. I was able to go into their showroom, pick out the style I wanted, have them come and measure, and then install the doors, all in a matter of a week and a bit. Great customer service. I would use them again. I've already referred them to two of my neighbours.
