I started the weight loss program on April 17th 2015. Since then, I have lost 37 LBS (pounds) and am well on my way to achieving my target. It costs a bit but there's no exercise while you loose weight. It's all about maintaining your food intake and following the plan until you get to your desired goal. By that time you are really healthy and wouldn't want to eat junk food as much since the taste is different. Your body will slowly adjust to the good nutritious food.

I have been to other telescope stores that lack attention, service, and give a bad feeling as if they are more bothered.
I was looking for an upgrade and went into Vancouver Telescope for the first time. These people are absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable, helpful, and returned the very next day. I am very happy with the owner's personal attention, and the staff. I will no longer go to any other store for an upgrade or accessories. I called Triple C to come do a checkup on my heat pump when i bought my house. They were prompt, polite and got the job done quickly. They even let me know that to keep my warranty that I had to have the Heat Pump looked at once a year, which I didn't know, so they will call me back now every year to remind me to have it serviced and change the filter. They even came out to Mill Bay for me at no extra charge. Thanks guys!

Just want to say that Dr. Kwong has done an outstanding job with my dental work. I live in Richmond BC and have gone to several dentists, but the crown and implant surgery Tony did for me was amazing - virtually painless, professional, and it all looks and feels great. (I can bite and chew better than ever).
Parking costs if you park at the back, but there is no charge if you take one of the two spots directly in front of the office. The staff are so nice as well.

This is the place I visited when I cam to Vancouver for the first time. In that sense, when I noticed people having a great time there, it always puts a smile on my face. This time, although it was quite busy as usual but my friends and I were seated promptly. Friendly server whose service was simply a top-notch. This place's got everything: a great atmosphere, something different from other run of the mill restaurants in town and also more importantly great food! This place is the perfect blend of bar and restaurant in the evenings which I easily enjoy most for the night out. Above all, their Bellini and French 75 are to die for!

You have to remember when going here that this is a wine tasting room, not a place to have dinner. The wine list is imaginative and approachable. The service on a good night is excellent, on a bad night is so-so, but the staff have always been very helpful with the wine choices, pairings, and flight recommendations. The food is charcuterie, not full meals. Use this place to meet up for a pre-dinner drink, or to end off the night with some wine appreciation.
