We had a breakdown on Hwy 11 which stranded our family of 6 in July, 2016. Powassan Auto Service took exceptional care of us-keeping us and our children safe roadside, providing a comfortable place to relax with a coffee and drinks, and most importantly, by delivering fast, honest and reliable emergency service to our truck. They were very helpful when I called after my car broke down. With Covid tow trucks dont take passengers, Deans offered to pick me up to take me home. Then picked me up when the repair was done. They went so far as to call Nissan and confirm I had all the info I needed to be reimbursed because my vehicle was still under warranty, but I had no way of getting to North Bay or Bracebridge to a Nissan dealership. Highly Deans for auto repair! Amazing people!!!!!
