Small shop with some excellent honest mechanics. My car broke down and I was in town just for a few days and the Brown Cub team got me in and fixed the problem right away. Not only that but they came and picked me up at my hotel so I could get my car back.

Their customer service is amazing! They wowd me. I called the store yesterday and couldnt get thru on the automated system. iI have brought my two diesel VWs to Ian since the mid-2000s. He has done major servicing on the newer one, including change the timing belt, change out the front springs for taller ones, and install a 1 inch lift for the rears. When I found a donor parts car for my original VW, we struck a deal for him to swap parts off the running car for better ones off the dead one. Then he bought it for more parts for his race car. No complaints whatsoever!!

This place was able to help me when no other mechanic was able to (6 different shops and 1 dealership). My issue was with locking lug nuts where the key was damaged. Every other mechanic told me that their bolt extractors wouldn't work on my rims because there wasn't enough space to latch onto the bolts. They said they'd have to drill into the bolt, and possibly damage my rims in the process (either cosmetically or to the point where they'd have to be replaced). The dealership told me the person
