Teresa is truly one of a kind. I have been seeing Teresa for over a year now, taken a few of her classes and she has helped me learn how to help myself. She has helped me learn how to not take the weight of the world on, how to set healthy boundaries, and how to prioritize taking time for myself. Now these all seem like easy things, but they are not. This morning in the Michael's parking lot in Langley, I encountered a young woman and baby, crying in the car, trying to deal with keys that had been locked in the trunk. There was no way to get in. I walked over to the BCAA office nearby and asked for help, and they were VERY concerned and helpful. I used my BCAA card to call and the woman also reached someone who was coming to help but two BCAA women staffers came over to make sure everything was working out. FANTASTIC service IMO! Lire plus
