I was very pleased to have my car serviced at Richards Auto Clinic. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about any issue for your specific make and model of car. They also give great advice to get the most out of your vehicle and are able to answer any questions you may have. I trust the work that was done and my car is running better than ever. Vehicle broke down in Barrie on a Friday morning when I arrived from out of town. My parents and spouse had used Marshall's in the past and were satisfied with the service so I contacted their office and explained my situation. I run a small business up north therefore had to be back on Sunday. They asked if I could bring the vehicle in right away and leave it with them. They had already started pricing parts before I arrived to expedite the repair process. Within 2 hours I received a call to advise that my truck was ready for pick up. My bill was fair and reasonable for the parts and labour completed on very short notice. I would recommend this company to anyone.
