Had our bay window broken close to closing time , this company went above and beyond for us they were out to our house within half an hour of our call knowing that it is going to get cold out and it's going to take a few days for the window to be made they came to our house put a board up to make sure our window was secure until the new one could be installed . Very happy with this company we would recommend them

I have been going to Pivotal on and off since 2009 I had some hard-luck and multiple injuries but I always want to go to the best
I have gone to other physiotherapy offices when work sent me somewhere else in the past I never felt like the other offices cared about me I felt like a number not a friend.
Now 11 years later when both hands and feet are damaged I know that I will be in good hands because the people who work at Pivotal actually care about there client ?

I had some work done on my car, after the dealership was done my remote start didn't work . I contacted PUSH TO START, and spoke to a very pleasant receptionist, and she told me to come in, I arrived and spoke to a very pleasant young man, he changed the battery in my starter fob and showed me how to reset my starter at no cost. A wonderful experience, I commend these young people for great customer service I received.

My son was recently incarcerated at the Edmonton Remand center. He has some prescriptions due to neuropathy in his leg (as he lost his femur), his foot has a huge bunion on it and is twisting outward. He also suffers from ADHD. When he saw the Doctor at the remand center he was informed he had no prescriptions which was not the case. I called Lynn Rideout his lawyer to tell her he was in a state of withdrawl from his medications and within that same day he was permitted to receive his meds!

This was the worst experience ever I called Thursday to get a quote tried to charge me way more then necessary then after telling him what I was quoted through someone else gave me a better price then tried to charge me 25$ on my credit card to hold my booking then arriving for said appointment to find out the person then lost my info and that I wasn't going to get my replacement done but I could booking for another day or go elsewhere needless to say never going back and would recommend the same for anyone else
