I was at EconoLodge Vernon just after the August long weekend and the service that I received from Jen who works at the front was exceptional. She knows Vernon very well and she is always willing to help at any time. She is always very pleasant and engaging, which is surprising given the long hours she has put in. Easy access and centrally located, Kelly O'Bryans is a fun place to eat especially for the younger set. As seniors we were treated with respect and included in the fun atmosphere especially on St. Patrick's Day. The food is good and reasonably priced....nothing too fancy and not gourmet but overall acceptable meals. The beer was good too....we didn't order any other alcoholic drinks. Would go back but might pick a quieter time....although the fun on St. Paddy's Day made up for the higher noise levels. The service is excellent...wait staff are attentive and helpful.

took my 50 yr old magnavox amp reciever in for some lites out..informed me that keys are silver contacts and get corroded so will clean while fixing lites......... due to circumstances ....was over warranty when i could return amp for some keys and lites still out .........repaired it at no extra cost great service .....thankyou

No problems with using ACE in an emergency situation. The main water supply sprung a leak and as a result the whole house water had to be shut off. They sent someone within an hour of my evening call and he (Tyson) was very friendly and efficient, The next morning he showed up with the necessary part first thing in the morning and we had water back before 8am. I am impressed!

This was my first service on my BMW GS at Kelowna Powersports. The service experience was excellent. You drive the bike inside and they are all very attentive and caring, making you feel you are important. Better than some shops I’ve experienced.
The estimate was provided well ahead of time and they were done in the time they stated. They even washed my bike!! Now that’s service!!
I’ll be back again for sure and would highly recommend this professional team.

I was referred to Jeff to have a flipper made in preparation for a front tooth implant. He accommodated me with prompt 1 day service and resulted in a great fitting flipper that is now part of my smile for 6 months, or until I get permanent replacement. He could have charged a premium, but did not! For ever thankful for his service. Ps he was my mom’s denturist and dealt with her using gentle professionalism.truly a pro?

We have used Bannister a few times, 3x’s for windshield, because we travel through the mountains year round, and once for a bumper repair. Our claims are trying as it’s out of province, but the people at Bannister made it easy for us. The workmanship and service (plus plus), are fabulous. As for the team, friendly, patient and thorough. They will be our choice always!

Our Basset Hound spent a lot of time soaking up the tree sap camping on the August Long Weekend. It was desperate time for a bath (and a nail clipping). I tried my best to clean him up but wasn't successful. Dropped him off at Bone Appetit and problem solved. They got rid of all the sap accept a little on the lip. The groomer is a former vet assistant and really took good care of our boy. Great staff and very friendly.
