Dr.Michael Butler performed cataract sugery on my right eye this week. I was quite nervous, however, he patiently explained the procedure in simple terms. During surgery he was very positive and explained what was occurring. He did an excellent job and I was impressed with his professionalism and caring attitude.

This clinic has very incompetent receptionist. First I got a call that I have an appointment on the day at 10:30am. I went to the clinic, then she says my appointment was Wednesday, and then says it is Friday. I was angry that I went there expecting my appointment as per the phone call I received and then she says it is not today. She did not even apologize and says it was not her...

I've been a patient with Dr.Jamieson since I was 12 years old. 20 years later and living 20 miles away and out of country I still make the long trip into Richmond to see Dr. J and his dental assistance's. I've been on provincial and federal dental plans as well as struggling as a a starving student on my own and my mom making payment plans. Dr. Coll is an Angel. He is very kind, extremely knowledgeable, and very patient. He is an amazing amazing Doctor. There no words to describe Dr. Coll. His receptionist is quite rude. She has no compassion or empathy. She need to learn more skills how to deal with client n etiquette even toddler knows how to talk with people but she doesn’t. I recommend that they will change their receptionist.

I had this heel pain every morning, on and off for last one year. Had a pair of insole made by (" foot ****), did not help at all. turns out it wastes my insurance quota money for the year.
Finally my GP send me to this docotor, he explained my problem, with oral medications and a new pair of real custom made orthotic, I feel like walking in the cloud now.. I enjoy my moring walk again.. thanks to this doctor..
