I can't say enough good things about Trevor. When he was running late, he let me know. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He came after 8:30 pm and seemed just as bright and cheerful as if it were 8:30 am. He spent time explaining the problem and how to fix if it happened again. And very reasonably priced! After months of waiting (mostly) patiently for my husband to install our laundry sink, I contacted Proper Plumbing & Heating to get a quote to get my husband off the hook! Trevor came when he said he would, and came back the next day to finish it because my taps were missing a key piece, which he picked for me.
