I called the dealership to arrange for my son’s car which had been sitting for over 18 months to get road worthy. I spoke with Angela and April and both ladies were exceptional in their service and their knowledge. The technician went above and beyond and the invoice was bang on what I was told. I will encourage my son to continue to use Sunrise Toyota for his car. Thanks very much.

Had my friend take her car there today for an oil change. They got her in pretty much right away. Bill and John are both amazing Men and very awesome, great to their customers and they give their all to make sure their customers are happy. Super helpful staff! I came in with an low oil alarm and they verified the oil I required, checked the level and then added it for me. They were kind and polite, did not talk down to me, and solved the problem. Overall fantastic service. Highly recommended.

I have no trouble finding someone to help me when I need it and that is important. Prices are good as well. I shop at the Orillia store a lot although not so much for groceries, but pet food and household items.

Travelling through Angus on a Friday afternoon, when my rad hose decided it was going to leak, and pour my coolant everywhere. In a panic, and in a rush, they went WELL above and beyond to get me on the road. The part that I needed; closest one was in Barrie. One of the guys actually drove their own vehicles to Barrie to get the rad pipe, because it was after the last part shipping vehicle. I cant thank all of them enough. NEVER have I been treated like I was actually a customer. THE BEST!
