The staff are amazing and they are all worth every penny and more! Thanks to Scott I have been able to continue to do many of my activities after a back injury- which I was told by others was not possible. I've been going here for more than 10 years and would drive 100s of miles to continue seeing him. Any injury, they can and will help you!

I would like to extend a congratulations to Dr. Matsuda and her nurse Maddy. Other staff should take notes on how exceptionally well mannered and helpful they are with patients and have been for years. On the other hand their secretary Carol seems to have a naturally rude approach with people. Hopefully others will not have to deal with her.

I have never seen such a dedicated team which will go up to heaven to help you in the recovery and most important thing of them is that they are very ethical and I recommend strongly to visit them .

Hi, My name is Jennifer and I visited James Snow physiotherapy regarding my wrist and back pain. I was greatly impressed by their patient care and treatment program. The physiotherapist give personnel attention to each patient and spend enough time to understand and diagnose your problem. I am 90-95% better now in 5 weeks and I thank James Snow physiotherapy for this. I had been to other clinics too but I find them best therapy place in the town

Aesha was absolutely fabulous!!!! She was extremely professional, knowledgeable and attentive. She took her time without rushing at all while assessing me & created an effective treatment plan. I had tennis elbow which was getting worse and worse. My doctor referred me to Aesha & she spotted affected muscles and gave me exercises that helped so much. Each visit to the clinic she focused on providing the best care & gym rehab workout to ease my pain, and she always followed up with emails review!

Ridgeway Physiotherapy was referred to me by my GP since I am suffereing from arthritis. Cecilia, Helen, Tony and Elizabeth have gone out of their way to put me back on my feet ( literally) and have always been there for me.
During Covid times, they have meticulously followed protocol and made sure all patients are safe.
It is a clean and welcoming place and they have never let me down.
They are all highly professional and empathetic, which is a rare thing to see.
I highly recommend Ridgeway .
