I’m in awe of how wonderful the staff are here. I needed help and direction on how to fix a crank arm on my bike but wasn’t sure on how to go about doing it and what to look for. 06 Ford bubble van diesel. Phoned Paramount, went to see it. no pressure. Mario made me feel relaxed and good vibes.l put down a deposit and picked the truck in a couple of days. I spent a lot of time looking for the right car rental agency as I needed to rent a car for a trip to Quebec City. I've rented from other places but this is the best: the people are the nicest, the car selection is great, the service is fast and efficient.
